Founded in 2011 as Kelly Business Services, Guided Benefits was created to improve everyone’s benefits experience by providing guidance, advocacy, and transparency throughout the entire benefits lifecycle.  

The name changed, but the mission continues—to enhance everyone's benefits experience by:

• Freeing employers from the burden of benefit administration and potential privacy issues.​

• ​​​Helping people confidentially navigate the process of choosing, enrolling, and using their employee benefits throughout the year.  ​

• Handling Medical History Questionnaire data entry and navigation over the phone to ensure that the submission is complete, up to date, and accurate. ​
